Fantasy Fest 2007 is well under way and Key West is hopping with partiers, body paint, and sexy costumes. This year's
Alice in Wonderland theme is revealing itself (pun intented) with fun body art and creative costumes.
Here are a few photos from the Friday Street Fair:

Fantasy Fest is soooo grooosss. Lots of disgusting skin. Don't you love it? Not me: Ick.
This year there were more people who never should have taken their clothes off to have body paint then ever before. Too many TOTALLY GROSS OVERWEIGHT 40+ WOMEN WITH BOOBS DOWN TO THEIR NAVELS if you ask me. It is getting worse every year.
Hey, they aren't dressing up as beauty queens, they're just celebrating an urge to "free the mind and the body will follow". They didn't ask YOU what YOU think. You don't like what you see, look away.
I often notice that people who complain about the fat/ugly people at fantasy fest don't tend to look so good themselves.
Perhaps it's some sort of projection issue.
HONESTLY THE LORD SAYS PEOPLE, LIKE ADAM AND EVE, BARE THEIR BODIES UNASHAMED AND NOT IN SIN... BUT ONCE THEY HAD DECEIVED ONE ANOTHER IT WAS THEN THAT THEY WORE CLOTHES OUT OF SHAME AND SIN. WHY CONDEMN PEOPLE WHO ARE COMFORTABLE AND NATURAL BC OF YOUR LACK OF UNDERSTANDING? SERIOUSLY IT'S GODLY AND ARTISTIC. WHY DON'T YOU ENJOY THE NATURE AND ART OF IT AND QUIT BEING NAZI/JEWS! JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK PERVERSLY & DIRTY THINGS WHEN YOU SEE THE IMAGES DOESN'T MEAN THE REST OF THE WORLD DOES! NOR SHOULD WE WAY OUT YOUR OWN PERSONAL CONVICTIONS AND HANG UPS.
Elise: I agree with your opinion that people are expressing themselves artistically.
But I'm confused by your reference to "NAZI/JEWS". As a result, I am conflicted about whether to approve your comment for publication. In the end, I've decided to publish your comment so that you could clarify what you meant.
What did you mean? It sounds anti-semetic - somthing I find much more sad and objectionable than people's distaste of public nudity.
Please clarify what you meant.
That's a Southpark reference
It may be a south park reference but if you mean Nazi, say Nazi, don't say "Nazi/Jew" that's like wanting to criticize rapists and saying "quit being a rapist/raped person" as if the latter is equivalent to the former..Some things from South Park should not be repeated unless you want to degrade the culture and the memory of innocent women, men, and children mass-murdered, to be confused with their murderers? No thanks (I still agree with non-censorship..now we've had an airing of some of the issues)
What about not censoring mens compliments about womens bosoms and cleavage?
